• Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Coaching may involve direct questions, feedback, accountability, behavioral observations, and challenges to existing assumptions.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to decline or discontinue a coaching relationship when we determine that the relationship is inappropriate, unproductive, unsafe, outside our scope, or otherwise unsuitable.

Specific coaching programs may also be governed by a separate coaching agreement.

Appointment availability may be limited.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled consultations and coaching appointments on time.

Specific cancellation and rescheduling requirements may be communicated at the time of booking or contained in a separate coaching agreement.

Repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, misuse of scheduling systems, or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limits on future booking privileges.

If you participate in a Healing With Ezra or affiliated community, you agree to interact respectfully.

You may not:

• Harass other members
• Threaten violence
• Engage in unlawful conduct
• Publish another person's private information without authorization
• Impersonate another person
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Spam members
• Misuse private community content
• Deliberately interfere with the community or platform

We may moderate or remove content and may suspend or terminate community access for violations of these standards.

When you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages from Ezra Masters LLC / Healing With Ezra, you may receive SMS or MMS messages relating to your interaction with us.

Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Consultation follow-ups
